Hi Emma, thanks for your reply. I was using chrome 83.0.4103.116 up to date version on a pc. I completed "gaining informed consent for anaesthesia & sedation" before the "sterilisation techniques" and the badge was awarded from that one with no problem. I am thinking of using Microsoft edge the next time I log on and see if that's any better. Thanks for sorting the missing badge!.  Helen
