Sorry to hear that you've been having issues with completing this module. I can see that you have attempted the presentation/lesson but for some reason your progress has not been saved.

It is difficult for the eLearning team to ascertain why this might have happened. It can be due to a blip in wifi/internet connection or an issue with software/hardware. We have also had nearly 40 delegates complete this module, the latest being last week, so we are confident that it should be working as expected.

Could I ask which device and browser you are using? Mobile? Tablet? Chrome? Firefox? etc. Also when you save your progress, are you simply closing the window or clicking the Exit Course button at the top?

I will mark your attempt as complete and award you the badge, so you don't have to take the lesson again.
